Description

Guide the Sali 5312 Electric Router by hand or use it with a router table. Routers with a fixed base hold the bit at a fixed height while routing and are not recommended for plunge cutting. Routers with fixed and plunge bases have removable bases to switch between fixed and plunge routing. After attaching the plunge base, press the body of the router downward to perform plunge cuts. Set the correct depth for the plunge cut using controls on the base. Variable-speed routers have a six-position speed control.
