48inch Aluminium Sash Clamp is a large type of bar clamp commonly used in workshops. Unlike many other clamps with steel beams, and steel or cast iron heads, this specific clamp is made of high-strength anodized aluminum. Anodized aluminum is aluminum that has undergone an anodizing process to create an exceptionally durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically appealing surface. The use of strong but lightweight aluminium makes it much easier to lift and carry around. It is fitted with a predrilled row of holes along the bar which enables the moveable jaw to be inserted at the appropriate position before using the handle to tighten it down onto the material to create the desired amount of pressure.
